Bakgrunn og aktiviteter
Jeg er utdannet sivilingeniør i kjemi og bioteknologi og har en doktorgrad inne heterotrof mikrobiell produksjon av omega-3 fettsyrer. Forskningsaktiviteten er i hovedsak knyttet til matmikrobiologi, mattrygghet og holdbarhetsforlengende prosessteknologi. Jeg er nestleder utdanning ved IBT og jobber med innovativ undervisningsmetodikk.
