Anders Lervik
Om
Jeg benytter meg av datamaskiner og molekylsimuleringer for å forstå hvordan kjemiske reaksjoner og transportprosesser fungerer på atomnivå. Forskningen min ligger i grenselandet mellom kjemi, fysikk, biologi og informatikk, og lar meg dermed utforske både fundamentale teoretiske problemstillinger og praktiske utfordringer. Fra å studere transport i batterier og mekanismer bak faseoverganger, til enzymatisk katalyse og energiomforming på nanoskala, er målet mitt å bidra til en bedre forståelse av både den mikroskopiske og makroskopiske verden - én simulering av gangen.

Min forskning benytter molekylære simuleringer for å undersøke kinetikken og termodynamikken til reaksjoner og transportprosesser, under både likevekts- og ikke-likevektsforhold.
