Min forskning fokuserer på å øke forståelsen for idrettsprestasjoner, gjennom å undersøke fysiologiske og biomekaniske mekanismer, effekter av styrke og utholdenhetstrening og anvendelse av ny teknologi for å oppnå ny kunnskap om disse faktorene under trening og konkurranser. Jeg underviser disse fagområdene på Bachelor, Master og ph.d kurs , samt Topptrener II studiet.
