Kjetil Uhlen (1961) er professor ved Institutt for elkraftteknikk. Han er faggruppeleder for kraftsystemer. Professor Uhlen er utdannet sivilingeniør og har en doktorgrad i Teknisk Kybernetikk fra NTNU.
