Om

Bjørn Holmedal er professor i fysikalsk metallurgi ved Institutt for Materialteknologi, siden 2009.

Bakgrunn

Bjørn Holmedal (født 1968) har en MSc i Mekanikk fra NTH (1992) og en doktorgrad i Matematikk fra Universitetet i Oslo (1998). Han har industriell erfaring som forsker ved Raufoss Technology (1997-2000), og startet som postdoc ved NTNU i 2000.
