Jeg er ansatt som professor ved program for musikkteknologi, Institutt for musikk. Jeg er utdannet ved NTNU med hovedfag i musikkvitenskap (1999) og PhD i musikkteknologi (2010).
Jeg har underviser i og har emneansvar for fagene Musikkteknologi i et historisk lys (MUST1058), Grunnleggende musikkteknologi II (MUST1060), begge på på bachelorprogrammet i musikkteknologi og Electronic Music (MUST 3054) på det internasjonale masterprogrammet Creative Music Technology.
