Research in the field of mineral processing and engineering, physicochemistry of surfaces as well as chemical metallurgy.
Przemyslaw B. Kowalczuk (Pshem) is an author of more than 100 publications in peer-refereed international scientific journals, conference proceedings, invited book chapters, and scientific/industrial reports. He has been extensively working on mineral processing and extractive metallurgy with recent focus on processing of marine minerals and REEs. For his scientific achievements he received many awards. In 2017, he was recognized as a Rising Star in mineral processing, by Dr. Barry Wills from Minerals Engineering International (MEI).
