Bakgrunn og aktiviteter
Jeg er forsker ved Institutt for Tverrfaglige Kulturstudier (KULT), hvor jeg tok min doktorgrad i Studier av Teknologi og Samfunn (STS). Mitt forskningsfokus er på digitalisering, automatisering og robotisering av samfunnet, og hvordan mennesker og teknologi henger sammen. Jeg er spesielt opptatt av hvordan vi sosialt domestiserer teknologi mellom forskjellige grupper, se for eksempel mitt studie av sykehusroboter og velferdsteknologi i hjemmet for en innføring, eller boken min om Digitalisering. Jeg er også tilknyttet Institutt for Nevromedisin og Bevegelsesvitenskap for prosjektet LIFEBOTS Exchange.
