Fay Giæver

I have an MSc in Psychology from the University of Reading, UK and a PhD in Psychology from NTNU. My research interests revolve around the role played by emotions and emotion regulation at work. I have been involved in research projects on organizational change, arts-based work interventions, sickness presence/absence, and work adjustment for employees with mental health issues. Recently I have been particularly interested in the role of emotional resillience in employees and leaders who are involved in organizations driven by environmental values and practices.
