Prof. Indra de Soysa has a PhD in Political Science from the University of Alabama in the USA. He has worked previously at the International Peace Research Institute in Oslo (PRIO) and the University of Bonn in Germany. His research interests are primarily in the field of political economy and has published widely in top international journals, such as International Organization, Journal of Conflict Resolution, Journal of Peace Research, World Development, and Social Science and Medicine to name a few. Prof. de Soysa is a member of the Royal Norwegian Academy of Science and Letters and serves on several editorial boards of top international journals.
