Bakgrunn og aktiviteter
Mine faglige interesser ligger i grenseland mellom politisk atferd og konfliktstudier. Jeg forsker på politisk atferd og holdninger i områder som har hatt borgerkrig. Hvordan påvirker folks holdninger og atferd overgangen fra væpnet konflikt til fredelig demokrati? Jeg er særlig interessert i instiusjonell tillit og folks syn på ulike fredsbyggende tiltak, som fredsavtaler, rettsoppgjør og politisk reform, og i hvordan erfaringer med politisk vold påvirker folks holdninger.
