Torleiv Håland Bryne

Torleiv H. Bryne er førsteamanuensis innen estimering og navigasjonssystemer ved
Institutt for teknisk kybernetikk, NTNU. Han er sivilingeniør (2013) i teknisk kybernetikk med spesialsiering innen veilednings-, navigasjons- og reguleringsystemer samt har doktorgrad (2017) i teknisk kybernetikk, også fra NTNU.
Hans viktigste forskningsinteresser omfatter navigasjonssystemer, treghetsnavigasjons,
satellittnavigasjon (GNSS), overvåking av GNSS-forstyrrelser, navigasjon uten GNSS,
posisjonerings-, navigasjons- og tidsbestemmelsessystemer (PNT), fjernmåling samt
maritim overvåking ved bruk av små satellitter.
Han er også en sentral forsker ved NTNUs Småsatelittlab og NTNUs UAV lab.
Bryne koordinerer også forskergruppen Overvåkning i forbindelse med NTNUs tematiske satsningsområde NTNU Samfunnssikkerhet.
