My research interest is to develop innovative computational approaches to simulate multiphysics phenomena subject to coupled thermal, hydro, mechanical process to understand their physics and mechanics. Applications range from grain-scale (discrete model for the interaction between granular grains) to large-scale (continuum model for landslide analysis).
I obtained a Master of Geomechanics from Grenoble Alpes University, France in 2015 and a Ph.D. from Aalto University, Finland in 2020. I join NTNU in late 2020 and since 2021, I have been the recipient of the Marie Skɫodowska-Curie Individual Fellowship (MSCA-IF 2020) from the European Union Horizon 2020. My current project: "Submarine landslides and their impacts on offshore infrastructures".
