Endurance training and time restricted eating before and during pregnancy

This study aims to determine the effect of a lifestyle intervention, initiated before and continued throughout pregnancy, on maternal glucose tolerance and other maternal and infant cardiometabolic outcomes.

Foetal well-being and blood flow distribution during high-intensity interval exercise

This study aims to establish a time-efficient and safe way to exercise for pregnant women and to gain insight into some of the mechanisms of the beneficial effects of maternal exercise on foetal health and wellbeing.
