Gunn Hege Marchand (f. 1974) er overlege ved klinikk for fysikalsk medisin og rehabilitering, St. Olavs hospital og leder FoU enhet for helse og Arbeid i Midt-Norge (www.stolav.no/helseogarbeid).
Forsker på arbeid og helse og leder nasjonalt fagråd for arbeid og helse (oppnevnt av Helsedirektoratet og Arbeids- og Velferdsdirektoratet).
Leder av programområdet Velferdsteknologi i den nasjonale samarbeidsavtalen mellom NTNU og NAV.
PhD innen arbeidsettet rehabilitering av nakke- og ryggpasienter med avhandlingen "Adding work-focus to multidisciplinary interventions in specialist care – clinical, social and occupational perspectives". Målet med studien var å sammenlikne arbeidsfokusert rehabilitering i spesialisthelsetjenesten med vanlig behandling.
