The Reasons of Research
1. When the people consider the recovery the human build environment that is damaged by nature disaster, some of them are still ignoring and underestimating the value of cultural monuments.
2. As the research fields, between the historical relic conservation and disaster mitigation, the ability of communication and intercourse are inefficient and the cooperation of these two disciplines is growing up that need more researchers devote to improve.
3. The fact is, when the post-disaster recovery program deals with the cultural relics protection, lack of mature instruction and experienced operators that frequently occurred in developing countries.
