Torhild Anita Sørengaard er universitetslektor ved Institutt for psykologi, Norges teknisk-naturvitenskapelige universitet (NTNU). Hun har doktorgrad i arbeids- og organisasjonspsykologi, og har arbeidshelse, psykososialt arbeidsmiljø, organisasjonsatferd og personlighetspsykologi som sine primære forskningsområder. I tillegg underviser hun i personlighetspsykologi, sosialpsykologi, helsepsykologi og organisasjonspsykologi, samt veileder bachelor-, master- og profesjonsstudenter.
