Postdoc. in Computer Science at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), researching user participation in public sector digitalization projects and representations of frontline workers and marginalized, vulnerable populations’ use of welfare services.
I explore digital transformation in the public sector, specifically the inclusion of end users in the design of new technologies and digital services from a sociotechnical, CSCW, and PD perspective. I have a master’s degree in Pedagogy - ICT for learning from the University of Oslo.
Additionally, I teach CSCW concepts and qualitative research methods for master-level students in informatics.
