  • tekniske/administrative oppgaver (romansvarlig, drift av GMO-lab og analyseutstyr, bookitlab, LN2)

  • opplæring av masterstudenter på utstyr og i teknikker

 

Kompetanse

  • ekstraksjon og analyse av DNA, RNA og proteiner
  • ekstraksjon av metabolitter og analyse ved bruk av GC-MS og HPLC
  • uttrykk av rekombinante proteiner i Escherichia coli, rensing og funksjonell karakterisering (immunoassay, enzymassay)
  • arbeid med planter:
    • dyrke in vitro (medium, hydroponi) og på jord
    • transformere med Agrobacterium tumefaciens
