Jeg underviser arkitekturhistorie, bygningsvern, transformasjon og tradisjonell arkitekturprosjektering ved Institutt for arkitektur og teknologi, Fakultet for arkitektur og design.
Jeg er utdannet arkitekt og har doktorgrad i arkitekturhistorie med en avhandling om Bernardo Vittones arkitekturteori. Mine forskningsinteresser retter seg mot arkitekturens historie, teori og formgiving i tidlig moderne tid.
