Current Project:
I am doing my PhD. at the K. G. Jebsen Centre for Alzheimer's Disease, a collaboration between Kavli Institute, NTNU Department of Neuromedicine and Movement Science and the St. Olav's Hospital in Trondheim. Specifically I am part of Work Packages 4 and 5.
Building on strong foundations in rodent work at Kavli Institute and patient expertise at St. Olav's Hospital and the INB, I aim to shed some light on the impairments in temporal processing and memory in Alzheimer's Disease, with a specific focus on the mediotemporal lobe. As cognitive neuroscientist by training, I am utilizing neuroimaging methods such as functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) and psychophysical testing.
