CV

With 8+ years in cybersecurity and privacy, I'm a passionate researcher committed to advancing security and resilience. Proficient in security frameworks, compliance, risk assessment, threat intelligence, and machine learning, I specialize in network and cloud security technologies.

Currently, I'm a cybersecurity researcher at NTNU's Critical Infrastructure Security and Resilience (CISaR) group, contributing to the EU-funded CYBERUNITY (Community for Integrating and Opening Cyber Range Infrastructures that Build an Interoperable Cross- Domain and Cross-Sector Cyber Range Federation) project. Certified in CISSP, CCSP, and Microsoft Azure Security (SC-100/200/300, AZ-500), I'm enthusiastic about expanding my skills and knowledge in cybersecurity. 

Forskning

Results-oriented cybersecurity professional with 8+ years of experience and a recent achievement of the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP). Adept at implementing robust security measures to safeguard sensitive information and mitigate cyber threats. I posses comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge of different areas within the Cybersecurity domain, these includes:

  • Network Security: I have designed and implemented various new attacks and defenses for the below mentioned networking domains. 

    1. Internet of Things (IoT) and Industry 4.0, 

    2. Cyber Physical Systems (CPS)

    3. Network Monitoring and Threat Detection In-depth 

    4. Software Defined Networking (SDN) and Information Centric Networking (ICN). 

  • Machine Learning for cybersecurity and resilience 

  • Threat and attack analysis models (STRIDE, DREAD, Attack Trees/Graphs, and Kill Chain) 

  • Risk analysis and management (IRAM2) 

  • IEC 104, IEC 61850 and IEC 62443 communication protocols

  • Blockchain Technologies and Smart contracts

  • Critical Infrastructure Security and Resilience

CYBERUNITY - Community for Integrating and Opening Cyber Range Infrastructures that Build an Interoperable Cross-Domain and Cross-Sector Cyber Range Federation

The project's main goal is to build an interoperable community of Cyber Ranges in Europe, “opening” the cyber range interoperability specifications for building and expanding a thriving community of cybersecurity experts.
