Celine Borge is a PhD candidate in Social Work at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim, where she is part of the Welfare and Migration research group. Her work examines the experiences of Ukrainian refugees residing in Norway under temporary protection, exploring how they navigate migration aspirations, labour-market participation, and cross-border connections.
She plans to complete her dissertation in 2027.
