Celine Borge is a PhD candidate in Social Work at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim, where she is part of the Welfare and Migration research group. Her work looks closely at the experiences of Ukrainian refugees living in Norway under collective temporary protection, exploring how they navigate migration aspirations, integration, and cross-border connections.

She plans to complete her dissertation in December 2027.
