This project emphazises a near future with an increasingly aging population at Skøyen, just on the outskirts of Oslo.

In a typological landscape mainly dominated by office functions, there is no room to grow old without letting go of independent chices as a patient. Largely inspired by De Hogeweyk Dementia village in The Nehterlands, this is a transformation project of existing office structures.

This project handles three main problems all at once; life quality for patients with dementia, the status of the nurse profession, and the emotional wellbeing of the immediate family.
