Mangfold og inkludering har vært drivkreftene i både min profesjonelle og personlige vei. Jeg har forsket og undervist i ulike aspekter av kjønn gjennom hele min akademiske karriere, og brukt funnene i en rekke prosjekter med mål om å skape intervensjoner. I mitt nåværende arbeid tar jeg sikte på å bygge broer mellom samfunnsvitenskap og informatikk, hovedsakelig gjennom å integrere begrepene ikke-binært kjønn og interseksjonalitet i datavitenskap og utdanning.
I 2025 ble jeg nominert for Årets DigIT-kvinne og den Nordic Women in Tech prisen som "DEIB Champion of the year".

EUGAIN Young Researchers
EUGAIN’s Young Researchers cohort brings together the new generation of early career academics in CS to collaborate, network, and thrive through peer support. As the Leader of this group, I coordinate joint projects to increase gender diversity in CS.
Role models in CS campaign
In this social media campaign, we made short interviews with role models in CS, creating a social media library, in order to reach out to younger generations and promote CS as a field.
