I worked as Project Leader for Innovation and Inter-Municipal Collaboration across the municipalities of Os, Røros and Holtålen, coordinating digitalisation and development initiatives within the health and IT sectors.

I have also served as Project Coordinator at SINTEF Energy Research (Trondheim), supporting research and innovation projects in collaboration with national and international partners.

My previous experience includes roles at Røros Metall (Quality Manager), Siemens Subsea (Trondheim) (Project Manager – Improvement Projects), and Namron (Oslo) (Category Controller), where I worked with process optimisation, system implementation, and cross-functional coordination.

I hold a Master’s degree in Business Management from the Technical University of Wrocław/Poland , with specialisation in strategic management and operations. During the final year of my studies, I completed a one-year academic exchange at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow.
