Want to share an event at NTNU Bridge? Tip us at kontakt@bridge.ntnu.no

Have you ever dreamed of becoming an astronaut or rocket scientist, wanted to fight global warming with Earth-observation satellites or wondered how someone from a small country can take part in Humanity’s journey to the stars? Look no further!

The European Space Agency (ESA) and the Norwegian Space Centre (NSC) go on tour to Oslo, Bergen and Trondheim to talk about student and career opportunities in space. During this event, you’ll learn about a plethora of opportunities that can lead to a career in the space sector or serve as a springboard to other career paths. ESA will talk about their internships and Young Graduate Trainee (YGT) positions, and NTNU students and alumni will share their experiences from these programs. You’ll also be informed about relevant summer courses and other exciting possibilities. Kongsberg Seatex (based in Trondheim) will present their space activities, and research groups and student organisations from Gløshaugen will give short presentations about their satellite and rocket projects.

The event is free, and at 17:00, there will be free pizza at Kjelhuset for those who want to keep mingling and discussing. Please click attend on the event on Facebook if you plan to go, so we know how much pizza to order.
