StormGeo in Bergen is looking for Trainee in HR. As Trainee in StormGeo, you will be part of a global HR team and support within a broad variety of HR tasks and responsibilities. You will get the opportunity to work with global HR projects as well as local Norwegian HR. In your role as trainee, you will drive continuous improvements of HR processes in our HRM system wherefore we believe you see systems and data as natural part of your work. We offer a dynamic role where you have possibilities to learn and develop in a global environment and you contribute with fresh knowledge from your studies and a “can-do” attitude. You will report to CHRO, Anna Dahlen and you will be based in Bergen where you will work side by side with one of our HR Business Partners.
Example of tasks and responsibilities: • Ownership of modules and data in HRM system (for example competence module) • Support the local HR Norway Manager in various tasks • Support in aligning HR processes and procedures globally and the communication of these • Support in HR Analytics • Coordinate global leadership training program
Who you are: You have a BSc or MSc in HR. As a person, you are ambitious and eager to develop as a HR professional. You are self-motivated and driven. You strive to make a difference and want to use your competence and personality to make the people and the organization grow. What we offer: We offer you a part time position from April until August and a 100 % Trainee position from August until June 2025 in accordance with the trainee program of Bergen Chamber.
