Job description:

We are looking for a summer intern to join our team from June to August. You will join our team responsible for providing lending services to our Scandinavian shipping, energy and renewables clients. We work as one integrated team and you will spend the summer being part of the lending team consisting of six colleagues with long and diversified background from the banking sector. As a summer trainee you will assist our team in our daily work during the summer months. In addition to working on financial analysis, forecasting and market updates you will be part of a team interacting frequently with both internal and external stakeholders.

Who we are looking for

We will offer you a great learning experience and are keen to get in contact with you should you have the following skills/interests:

  •  Master students with a higher business / finance education (MSc/MBA Finance, Authorised Financial Analyst or similar), obtained with good results
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Transaction oriented, willingness to get exposed to clients and eager to learn and develop yourself.
  • Interest in the energy transition and the drivers of the energy & shipping markets • Experienced user of MS Office tools
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English (spoken and written) and a cross-cultural sensitivity
