Support to everyone who is affected by the war

– It is unreal to witness the outbreak of a major war in Europe again. This is a serious attack on democracy, and I am shocked, says Rector Anne Borg at NTNU.

– It is unreal to witness the outbreak of a major war in Europe again. This is a serious attack on democracy, and I am shocked, says Rector Anne Borg at NTNU.

– My thoughts go to our students and staff who have family and friends in the war zones, and to students and colleagues at universities in Ukraine. It is important that we now take care of everyone who is directly affected by this war in one way or another, Borg emphasizes.

Taking care of students and staff who are particularly affected is now a priority for NTNU.

The current situation in and around Ukraine is complex and unclear. NTNU therefore strongly recommends that everyone follows the travel advice from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at all times.

To our knowledge NTNU currently has one employee located in Ukraine.
