• Monochormator (select one wavelength)

Diffracted beam optics:

• dCore (integrated optics)
• Programmable anti-scatter slit
• Detector arm 1 : 1Der (well suited for all standard xrd and fluorescent sample)
• Detector arm 2: PIXcell2D  (0D,1D,2D scanning and static modes)

Well suited for:

• Routine XRD, GIXRD
• Useful if you wish to measure your samples straight after production etc. 
• For quantification of the phases in the sample using Rietveld refinement.
• Good for fluorescent samples using 1Der detector
