As referenced a couple other places on this wiki, the blog articles by Gerben Wierda provide insights on the world of IT, and our «digital nature/culture» which is increasingly important and difficult to fully understand. In order to avoid avoidable mistakes and decisions. In particular these days the introduction of "ChatGPT and friends" to the general public and various "agentic systems" in enterprises marks another cycle of much talk and worry- and opportunities. https://ea.rna.nl/the-chatgpt-and-friends-collection/ is the link to the blog collection on this topic. A specific talk that predates ChatGPT but is still highly relevant - and is a more general approach to these complex IT-systems:

Link to the podcast "Augmented Ops - by Tulip" (offered for spotify and other platforms, below example) is best to start from the beginning, perhaps. Episode 27 on Industry 4.0 Tools (and background) may also be a good place to start. Tulip offers "People-centric digital tools" for better operations (and have helped provide this good source of insight with many interesting conversations). Many other tools and service-providers exist of course, but most will need to spend a significant amount of time and effort to get some overview, not least on "legacy" systems and implementations you should understand in your own context/facility and enterprise.

For the curious - and cyber-security stakeholders with some technical/IT background this talk should really get you thinking- and acting to learn how to increase security in private and work systems!

"Hacking your neighbours" is obviously not something you should do- but using some of the tools and insights shared... you could (probably). Be careful- and update your devices and systems!

"Social engineering" for exploiting our human nature is also a very important topic- and a another great talk by Niall (as above) in 2019 is bother entertaining and enlightening. Enjoy!
