Mats Söderström from Linköping University gave
an overview of their Energy Systems Programme.
Karen Byskov Lindberg from CenSES, ZEB and
NVE presented her work on Zero Emisssion Build-
ings. Another related presentation was given by
Pedro Crespo Del Granado from Lancaster Uni-
versity on the value of saving energy in buildings.
Stig Ottesen, William Throndsen and Rik-
ke Stoud Platou all presented their re-
search plans as PhD candidates with Smart-
grid focus in projects related to CenSES.
CenSES user conference
Around 45 researchers and user partners in Cen-
SES met in Trondheim in September to present and
discuss different research going on in the centre.
Øyvind Bjørgum, Sara Heidenreich, Tomas Moe
Skjølsvold, Christian Skar and Daniel Haugstvedt, all
PhD candidates from NTNU, presented their work.
Andreas Enge from Enova and Lasse Torgersen from
Hydro contributed with presentations on the user
cases. In addition there were presentations from
among others Atle Harby (from FME CEDREN) and
Asbjørn Johnsen (Transnova).
