Dear TEKNA-NTNU member, now it's almost time for the annual meeting!


TEKNA lawyer Alina Paul is coming to talk about the legal aspects of working hours and especially independent positions, are you coming?


When: Wednesday January 7th 2026, time (16.00) 17.00 – 18.30

Where: Kjel2, Kjelhuset, 1st floor, Gløshaugen (Campus Gjøvik and Ålesund have local events)

Start of meeting

  1. 17.00: Welcome (by the TEKNA-NTNU leader). 5 minutes. (Kjel 2)
  2. 17.05: Constitution, election of 1) meeting leeder, 2) referent and 3) two persons for signing the meeting protocol. 5 minutter. Suggestion:

    3. Two of the meeting participants: 
  3. 17.15 Annual report for 2025 (by TEKNA-NTNU leader Eirin Skjndal Bar). 10 minutter
  4. 17.30 The legal aspects of working hours and particularly independent positions by the TEKNA lawyer Alina Paul
  5. 18.00 This year's salary negotiations by Rune Sætre and Øystein Moen
  6. Elections for 2026
  7. Time for Q&A questions to the TEKNA NTNU board

In Trondheim, this will be in the canteen in Kjelhuset from 16:00, but registration also applies to members who want to participate physically in Gjøvik and Ålesund where there will be serving and streaming of the annual meeting, remember to tick the form for the correct city.
