  1. Delegates with papers (authors and co-authors) get a NOK 500,- price reduction from the listed fees. Use "PAPERREG" code during registration.
  2. Delegates from low income countries get a NOK 1.000,- price reduction from the listed fees. Use ‘LICREG’ code during the registration. Check this list to see if you qualify for "Low income countries" pricing: IAHR list of regions, countries, and income levels.
  3. Delegates from low income countries with papers (authors and co-authors) get a NOK 1.500,- discount. Use "LICPAPER" code during registration.

MSc student fees

The conference has reduced fees for MSc students. These fees do not include Conference Gala Dinner or Post Conference Tour. If MSc students whish to attend dinner/tour, separate tickets for these events must be purchased with your registration.

Cancellation

Refunds are given with a deduction of NOK 500,- until 1 June 2022

There are no refunds after 1 June 2022.
