S-TEAM emphasise the importance of collaboration. This collaboration is between teachers and
teacher educators as well as between teacher educators and researchers. It is especially
important for it to be organized collaboration, which provides explicit common reference points,
engages reflexive analysis and so leads to work explicitly based on theory as well as on practice
(Grangeat & Gray, 2007).
