Southern Turkey (Alanya).
These pictures show an example of Iurus dufoureius asiaticus habitat in Southern Turkey. One adult female was found under a large stone on a roadside. This is probably not the only habitat type this species is found in. It is also reported to be found in Pinus forrests. The roadside was close to a Pinus forrest. All photos Jan Ove Rein (C).
