Abstract

This paper is a review the use of the Minnesota Road Research Project (MnROAD) to support both the adaptation and further refinement of the 2002 Mechanistic-Empirical Pavement Design Guide (ME-EPDG). It shows that the MnR OAD facility provided the developers of the M-EPDG very valuable and unique information that was valuable in during the development of the M-EPDG. It is now a valuable asset for pavement researchers to use to refine the M-EPDG for local calibration and validation efforts.
