The currency is Norwegian krone (NOK).
Withdrawal:
Once the production of virus starts, we cannot refund the money. If you have, any questions kindly contact the Viral Vector Core before you purchase a custom virus synthesis vvc.kavli@ntnu.no.
The price does not include the shipping charges. It is the customers’ responsibility to make sure that the package reaches them safely. Viral vector core will assist in shipping of the dry ice packages of viruses.
Crediting:
If the virus gets destroyed due to damages during shipping/delays in delivery, kindly contact the shipping company for compensations
