Do you find it hard to get started on your writing? Are you facing the deadline for your thesis and need some advice on structuring, language or technical support? Join us for an evening of writing and workshops at the Medicine and Health Library March 1st from 2.30pm to 7pm!
This is the third time we are hosting the Writing Evening for students at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences. Previous events have been well visited and the students have stood in line to secure seats at the workshops. Individual guidance on texts and assistance with technical questions are also part of the program.
The Writing Evening is kicked off by Menno Witter’s popular master lecture at Øya Helsehus at 1:30pm, before the full program starts at the Knowledge Centre in the library and seminar rooms. The event is open to all students at the faculty regardless of academic level, and serves as an extra offer to increase both the social and learning activity on campus.
The event is a collaboration between the Medicine and Health Library, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences represented by student adviser Marit Barstad and SOMA. Additional contributions throughout the evening come from Pia Farstad Eriksen from SEKOM, Eli Skaug Rønning from the Department of Social Economics, Student Services, Orakel Support Services and several student advicers from the faculty.
