Information for speakers

Please read the text below if you are presenting at the BCRRA 2022 conference.

Your presentation

In the parallel sessions the presentation time is set to 10 minutes presentation followed by a 5 minute Q&A session. In total 15 minutes.

Make your slides readable, even for those in the back of the room.

No spesific BCRRA template needed.

Upload your presentation in due time

Please upload your presentation in due time before the conference starts. Name the file with session number and name of presenter. (i.e: s1a-j-somebody-optional title and version.pptx)

Upload your presentation here (OneDrive).

If you have not uploaded your presentation before the conference starts or if you need a last minute version update, please visit our 'speaker ready room' to have your presentation transferred to our system.

In the auditorium

Be present in the session room in good time (no later than 10 minutes) before the session starts.

Each session will have a session chair and a technician present to help and guide you.
