Invitation to participate in the Exhibition
An exhibition will be arranged in the hall outside the conference auditoria. The exhibition will be open parallel to the conference program, and necessary time has been scheduled for participants to visit the exhibition.

Conditions
The registration is binding. There will be a cancellation fee of NOK 500 for cancellations received by April 1. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after April 1
Upload your logo
Don’t forget to upload your company logo when you book your stand. It will be visible in the attendee app and on the conference website
Setting up your booth
Exhibition booths are 2*3 meters (depth*length = 6 Square meters) Included in your stand is a low table and chairs, WIFI and electricity for your stand. Do not forget to bring your own cable.
You can rent equipment (walls, screens, spotlights and other) from Compassfairs: tba
Delivery
All packages sent to the conference must be labelled with the following address:

Return of equipment
We remind you that you are responsible for the return of any packages as well, so please agree with your carrier for when to return you packages.
You are responsible for the waybill etc and labeling of packages.
