Fikk mastergrad i Sustainable Manufacturing ved Høgskolen i Gjøvik. Hun har bakgrunn i ingeniørvitenskap, tilvirkning teknologier og enorm organisatoriskerfaring, veldig interessert i å koble teknologisk og organisatorisk innovasjon til å opprette bærekraftige produksjonsprosesser.
