Stipendiat ved Institutt for nevromedisin og bevegelsesvitenskap (INB), og en del av Norsk senter for hodepineforskning (NorHead) og St. Olavs Universitetssykehus. I vår studie undersøker vi kortikal hypereksitabilitet ved primære hodepinelidelser: Kronisk migrene og kronisk clusterhodepine eller "selvmordshodepine" med MR-spektroskopi ved bruk av en ultrahøyfelt 7T MR-skanner.
Har tidligere jobbet som forskningsassistent i NorHead og K.G. Jebsen Center for Alzheimers Disease (JCA) på 1H MRS, 31P MRS og CEST bildeskanningsprotokoll, optimalisering og pilotering i pasientgrupper for kronisk clusterhodepine (thalamus og hypothalamus); Transient Global Amnesia (TGA; medial temporal lobe) og karakterisering av makromolekylære endringer knyttet til aldring og Alzheimers sykdom (Hippocampus).
