NTNU ViLL focus on increasing knowledge about learning processes. Our work is concentrated towards identifying and analyzing individual qualities and organized learning processes in relations to social conditions.
Important aspects within this work are how institutions of education and workplaces adjust and organize learning. Our aim is to bring forward knowledge about the quality of organized learning processes.
Community development changes or expands learning arenas and thereby challenge learning processes both individually and systemic. In this context, NTNU ViLL is concerned about factors that advance or inhibit learning.
