Registration

Registration and payment for the Frozen Pasts conference is done online and can be completed by following the link below. Participants can choose either the full package option or the basic package option to which other elements can be added. Details of both packages and additional options and listed below. Please read the details carefully before proceeding with the registration.

Register for Frozen pasts 2010 

Note: All prices are in Norwegian Kroner NOK(Rough currency guide NOK100=EUR13=USD17=CAD18)

Full package
Fee: NOK 1000/ NOK 750 (student/pHd.).

The fee includes:
-Conference pack
-Lunch service x 2
-Coffee/tea and snacks service during conference
-Wine & tapas at poster/exhibition reception
-Conference dinner
-Excursion 1 fee

Please note that Excursion 2 is not included in this option.

Basic Package
Fee: NOK 500

The fee includes:
-Conference pack
-Lunch service x2
-Coffee/tea and snacks service during conference
-Wine & tapas at poster/exhibition reception

Other elements can be added to the basic package:
-Conference dinner Fee NOK 400
-Excursion 1 Fee NOK 300

Excursion 2
This excursion is open to a limited number (20) of participants
Excursion 2 Fee NOK 1000.

The fee includes:
-Hotel accommodation in Oppdal
-Dinner x2
-Breakfast
-Packed lunch and hot drinks
-Transport to and from Trondheim


In order to register for Frozen Pasts, please fill out the relevant details in the registration form and pay the appropriate fee. Due to practical constraints, the conference has a fixed limit on the number of places that cannot be exceeded. Early registration is therefore advised.
