Confocal laser scanning microscopy
Confocal laser scanning microscopy has been established as a valuable tool for obtaining high resolution images and three-dimensional reconstructions of a variety of biological specimens. This instrumentation is part of the FUGE II technology platform molecular imaging, and organized in the national network NorMIC.

Multiphoton microscopy
In multiphoton excitation two or more photons with lower energy excite the molecule together. For multiphoton excitation imaging we have aquired a Coherent Mira Model 900-F Laser.

Flow cytometry
Flow cytometry is a technique for counting, examining, and sorting microscopic particles suspended in a stream of fluid.
