Etter en revidering av retningslinjene for stipendiatavlønning ved Det medisinske fakultet har Dekanus vedtatt følgene nye retningslinjer gjeldende fra 01.09.10

**Ved strategisk viktige stillinger hvor det er etterlyst spesifikk kompetanse i utlysningen kan kandidater med minst 5 år relevant yrkeserfaring (defineres av dekanus) godskrives fiktiv ansiennitet og plasseres i ltr. 52 (LR20 alt 8)

Stipendiater med cand.med. og fullført Forskerlinje fra Det medisinske fakultet skal vurderes som medisinere med forskningsaktivitet.

 Det er instituttet som har ansvaret for å vurdere den enkeltes forskningsaktivitet før tilsetting.

 Lønnsinnplasseringen gjøres gjeldende fra tilsettingstidspunktet.
