Roja Modaresi

I joined the Industrial Ecology program since August 2009. I am working under supervision of professor Daniel Mueller in the division of solid waste engineering and recycling in department of Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering.

Due to higher demands of materials in society both in case of quantity and complexity, sustainability concerns increases among society and legislator. I am interested to understand specifically about aluminum stock in use phase and study the stock dynamic in addition to developing long term scenarios for production and consumption of aluminum.

I hold my master's degree from Luleå University of Technology (LTU) in Sweden in Environmental Engineering. I also completed course work in a master program of spatial planning at the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Sweden. Year 2005 I got my BSc. In surveying engineering at Khaje Nasir University of Technolgy (KNTU) in Iran.
