Destabilising Gender and Sexuality in the Norwegian Welfare Servants' Education: Majority-Minority Perspective
The project inquires into the conceptualisations of gender and sexuality in the process of education of welfare servants in Norway. It explores tensions emerging on the crossing between dominant discourses about liberalised Norwegian sexuality and oppressed sexuality of ethnic minorities and asks about the possibility to create alternative discourses on gender and ethnicity among prospective welfare servants in Norway.
